First and foremost I would like to give a big thank you for taking the time to read my blog. My name is Mike Nuelle and I am the owner of Mike's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. I moved to Boone from St Augustine Florida back in 1987. Like so many people I have come to know over the years and customers like you, I fell in love with the high country the very first time I came here to go skiing. I knew from that very first visit that if I was ever given the opportunity I was going to move my business to Boone.
When I first moved to the High Country my carpet cleaning business was called Tropical Carpet Cleaning. What image did I have on my van...palm trees. If I can locate a picture of that old van I will post it on here. Getting rid of the palm trees was something I had to do fairly quick so that's how the name Mike's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning came to be. Pretty original, right?
Our mission at Mike's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is to provide you with the most outstanding service experience possible. We take pride in the fact that we are a local, family owned business. My wife, Shelia is the one you will more than likely be talking to when you call for information or to make an appointment. When scheduling a job you will likely be seeing our technicians Joe & Nathan. They are both hard working, conscientious and very efficient. We are very fortunate to have them as part of our team.
